A little more Blake..

I was just going to title this post something along the lines of 'random', but as I looked through the pics, I realized Blake was in or involved in every one of them!

Love these pics…during the day when the kids are at school, this is often what we do after lunch. And Blake gets completely dressed on his own and gets his skates on and then says, "Let's go Mom!"

Unfortunately it's been too cold lately to get out and skate. These pictures were from December, which we thought was cold but with wind chills of up to -40 over the last month, 15 degrees now seems quite warm. But I still had to post them--love Blake's enthusiasm and excitement about getting outside!

And this is what happens when Blake has had my phone...

Thankfully I actually set my alarm that night (often times Matt sets his and I just get up with him), so I caught all of these and was able to turn them off before they went off the next morning!! I could just picture Blake playing with my phone and sliding each dot across to turn on the alarm, but since nothing happened, he just tried with all of them and then moved on to another app or game.

Blake's 1st WILD game--We have a 10-game package for WILD games and recently Matt noticed that kids that can be carried in to the game and sit on a lap don't need a ticket. So trying to decide who to take to the game has become a lot easier (Sadie doesn't like going). And Matt actually doesn't have to have Blake sitting on his lap since Wyatt and Blake fit in the same chair!

And of course, on Blake's first game they were handing out these hunter-orange WILD hats 

Their next game--in January--and of course Blake wore his blaze-orange hat!

And two weeks after Thanksgiving, Matt's parents came for the weekend to see Sadie's Grandparent's Day and Uncle Ty's hockey games--and of course, they brought some Krispy Kreme doughnuts (Wyatt's fav). Gotta love the seasonal ones as well!
